Questions parents ask

If your question is not here, ask us — we answer within one working day.

Trials and booking

Is the trial really free?

Yes. No card is required and there is nothing to cancel. Each child gets one free trial per learning track, so a child can try coding and robotics separately.

What happens in the trial session?

A real class with a real group — usually four to six children. Your child builds something small and finishes it in the session. Afterwards the instructor writes a short recommendation, which sometimes says the child is not quite ready yet.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, from your parent dashboard, up to the cancellation window shown on the booking. Cancel inside the window and the free trial stays available for that child; cancel late or miss the session and it counts as used.

What time zone are the times in?

Yours. Every time on the site is converted to the time zone on your account and labelled with it, so a session never appears an hour off after a daylight-saving change.

Payment

How do I pay?

At launch we take cash, bank transfer, Whish and OMT. You submit the payment reference in your account, an administrator confirms it, and your seat is issued at that point. Online card payment is coming later.

Why is my payment "pending"?

Manual payments are confirmed by a person, usually within one working day. Your order shows a status timeline so you can see exactly which step it is on.

Do prices change after I order?

No. The price is frozen onto your order at the moment you create it. If we change our catalogue afterwards, your order is unaffected.

What is your refund policy?

See the refunds section of our terms. In short: unused sessions in an active package can be refunded on request, and we do not charge for a class we cancelled.

Safety and privacy

Who can see my child?

Only the instructors assigned to your child’s sessions, and administrators. Instructors cannot see other families, payment amounts or the full customer list. There are no public student profiles.

Can an instructor message my child privately?

No. There is no private child–instructor channel in the product, and any future messaging will be parent-visible, logged and moderated.

Are classes recorded?

No. Recording is off by default. If we ever introduce it, it will require explicit, versioned guardian consent and a visible recording indicator.

What data do you collect about my child?

The minimum we need to recommend a course, schedule a class and teach it: a preferred name, an age or age band, language, interests and anything you choose to tell us about how they learn. No full legal name is needed.

Can I delete our data?

Yes. You can request account deletion from your settings. Some accounting records must be retained for legal reasons; everything else is removed. The request is a real workflow, not a link that goes nowhere.

Learning and progress

How do I know if my child is actually learning?

Every four weeks you receive a progress report: sessions scheduled and attended, work completed, three to five skills scored against the course rubric, and a written narrative covering a strength, the current challenge and the next target.

My child is shy in groups. Is that a problem?

Usually not, and the instructor will tell you honestly if it is. We also offer one-to-one credits if a private start would suit your child better.

What if my child misses a class?

Materials stay available in the app, and the instructor notes what was covered. For group cohorts we do not run individual catch-up sessions, but the instructor will flag anything a child needs to revisit.
